I'm continually realizing how blest our family is. We had a lovely Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil). Two of our children went mass with us. We played and ate and visited all Easter weekend. We've been trying to live the motto "carpe diem" as a family. It's easy, being overachievers to work too much. Then we get burned out and grouchy. So we're learning to capitalize on every moment we can get to enjoy each other's company. The work we will always have with us. Family, not so much.
